Your data, and what we do with it.

The short version. RYBO keeps the business records you and your team enter, so you can all work from them. We use them for nothing else — only to sign you in, send your notifications, run the app and make it better. No ads. We never sell your data. Payments are handled by Razorpay, and we never see your card or UPI details.

Who we are

RYBO is a billing, stock and delivery app for wholesale businesses, built and run by Rohan Parveag in India. In this policy, “we” means RYBO, and “you” means the business using it and the people on its team.

What we collect

Your account: name, email address, your role (owner, admin or staff) and the company you belong to.
What you enter: products, stock, customers, bills, payments, expenses, deliveries and collection notes — each marked with the team member who entered it.
Photos you add to products or to your company profile.
A notification token for each device you sign in on, so alerts can reach it. It is removed when it stops working.
Crash and error reports from the Android app and the web app: technical details of what went wrong, the app version and the device type.
Usage analytics: which screens are opened and a few actions — signing up, starting the free trial, buying a plan, making a bill — together with your role and plan. Never names, phone numbers, your customers or the contents of your bills.
What you send us through Report a problem or Send feedback, with your app version and device type.

We do not collect your location, contacts or messages, and we do not use advertising.

How we use it

Only to run RYBO for you:

Signing in. Firebase Authentication checks your email and password. Your password is handled by Google and is never stored by RYBO.
Running your business records. Bills, stock, dues, reports and profit are worked out from what your team enters. Only people in your company can see your company’s data, and only as much as their role allows.
Notifications. Alerts about deliveries, sales, payments, expenses and billing reminders are sent to your devices through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Emails. Password-reset emails, and — only if the owner switches it on — a daily summary of the day’s business, sent to the owner’s email address.
Google Sheets. Only if the owner connects a Google Sheet, sales, stock, expenses and payments are copied into that sheet, which the owner controls.
Fixing problems. Crash reports and your problem reports help us find and fix bugs, and we reply to you by email.
Improving RYBO. Usage analytics shows which features are used, so we know what to make better. It is never used for advertising.

Services we use

These services process data for us, only so that RYBO works:

Google Firebase	Sign-in (Authentication), storing your records (Cloud Firestore), server features (Cloud Functions), notifications (Cloud Messaging), crash reports (Crashlytics), usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) and hosting the web app and this website (Hosting).
Amazon Web Services (S3)	Storing product and company photos. Anyone who has a photo’s link can open it, so please do not upload private documents as photos.
Razorpay	Taking payment for your RYBO plan.
Resend	Sending the daily summary email, when the owner turns it on, and passing your problem reports to us.
Google Sheets	Only when the owner connects a sheet: keeping it up to date.

Payments

Plan payments are processed by Razorpay, a secure Indian payment gateway. You can pay by UPI, card or net banking.
Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s checkout. They never reach RYBO and are never stored by us.
We keep only what is needed to switch your plan on: the payment reference, amount, plan and date.
Money your own customers pay you is only recorded in RYBO. RYBO never moves or holds that money.

Cookies & analytics

This website uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages help people — but only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are set. Change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
The web app keeps your sign-in and a copy of your data in your browser's storage, so it opens quickly and keeps working when the internet drops. These are needed for the app to work. It also sends the usage analytics described above, as the Android app does; by creating an account you agree to this.
We do not use advertising cookies, and no cookies are used to follow you on other websites.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not show ads. We share data only with the services listed above, and only so they can run RYBO for you — or if the law requires us to.

Keeping & deleting your data

We keep your records for as long as your company uses RYBO, so your history is there when you need it.
A bill saved while offline stays on your device only until it syncs.
To delete your account or all of your company’s data, email skrohanparveag@gmail.com from your account’s email address, and we will delete it.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored with Google Firebase. Access rules on the server keep each company’s data separate and check every person’s role before a change is allowed. Payment keys and other secrets are kept on the server, never in the app.

Your choices

Export bills, reports and customer lists as PDF or CSV at any time.
Switch the daily summary email off in the app, under Settings → Data & sync → Google Sheets.
Decline or withdraw analytics cookies on this website with Cookie settings.
Turn notifications off from your phone’s settings.
Ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete it.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it erased, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to the email below; we reply within 30 days.

RYBO is a tool for businesses and is not meant for children.
